Parenting with anxiety is something with which many of us are all too familiar. Parenting and motherhood can be a lonely journey. We have high expectations of ourselves

before we have our children. When reality does not quite hit the mark, it can leave us feeling disheartened and unhappy. This talk is a good reminder that we are not alone.
